Music – it provides the foundation for our worship services and contributes to many other congregational activities:  special congregational events, musical theater with the Turnpike Players, cabarets, memorial services and more. Invariably, congregational surveys show music as one of the most valued elements of Sunday services.

Linda Pawelek is our beloved Music Director who leads the adult and children’s choirs. Bill Braun is the Associate Music Director, and is our treasured pianist. The music is carefully chosen by Linda and Bill to complement the sermon, a weekly challenge that requires delving into broad repertoires with a wide range of themes. The diverse music makes each week an adventure for the congregation and performers alike.  We hear works of Bach and Britten, Bernstein and Sondheim, many UU composers as well as occasional multicultural surprises!
