Co-Creating Justice

This Mother’s Day, let us consider the call to create a more just world in collaboration with each other, with partner organizations, and with the creative forces at work in the universe. Rev. Megan Lloyd Joiner, Jesse Greist, Jeffrey Douma & Erika Schroth

Spirituality That Surprises Us

Some of us identify as spiritual but not religious. Others, as Unitarian Universalist but not spiritual. Still, many have had an experience of spirituality that surprises us as something unexpected emerges.

The Emergent Congregation

Congregational life has changed in the 21st century and new forms of ministry are emerging. What are some of the meta-changes congregations are experiencing, and how does this affect USNH? We will celebrate the conclusion of our 2018 Stewardship Campaign.

Ancient Wisdom; New Life

Our multi-generational Easter service is a celebration of life in all its forms. We hear a special version of the Christian story of the empty tomb while welcoming the Spring and new babies and children to our community. Children will participate in an egg hunt during a portion the service.

Balancing You, Me and Us

Congregational life is a complex balance of community and individual needs and desires. How does USNH balance you, me, and us? Led by: Rev. Megan Lloyd Joiner, Jesse Greist, Jeffrey Douma & Erika Schroth

The Way of the World: Nature’s Balance

As out of balance human beings can be, nature has a way of balancing things out. What wisdom can we glean from Mother Earth as we seek balance in our own lives? Remember to “Spring Forward” one hour! Led by: Rev. Megan Lloyd Joiner, Jesse Greist, Jeffrey Douma & Erika Schroth

Rising Together

Stewardship 2018 We come together as a beloved community to reflect on what we have inherited from generations gone before us and what we are leaving to the next generation. What is the yeast that enables us to rise together? Join us for this Kickoff of our 2018 Stewardship Campaign.

Wild and Precious Life

Our annual service during which members of the congregation reflect on Mary Oliver’s The Summer’s Day  and answer the question “What will you do with your one wild and precious life?” A highlight of our congregational year! Led by: Rich Stockton and members of the congregation.
